Two-Stage Crushing & Sizing

ROM ore is crushed through jaw and cone circuits into -12mm aggregate, monitored by weightometers.

Closed-Circuit Ball Milling & Classification

Slurry is ground in the ball mill and classified via hydrocyclone cluster to achieve optimal P80 liberation size.

Cascade Leaching & Counter-Current Adsorption

Slurry advances through 6–8 agitated tanks while activated carbon moves counter-currently, capturing gold dissolved by cyanide.

Elution, Regeneration & Smelting

Loaded carbon is stripped at 135°C, electrowon onto steel cathodes, and smelted into 90%+ pure gold bullion bars.
