Step-by-Step Mineral Extraction Flow

How ore advances through crushing, closed-circuit milling, agitated leaching, carbon adsorption, and final gold bullion smelting.

Primary Crushing & Comminution

Ore is crushed to -15mm via a rugged jaw crusher and fed to the ball mill for wet grinding to 80% passing 75 microns.

Gravity Gold Concentration

Coarse free gold particles are immediately recovered in a centrifugal concentrator before cyanidation to prevent delayed leaching.

Continuous CIL Leaching Train

Slurry flows by gravity through 4–6 cascade tanks where sodium cyanide dissolves gold and premium activated carbon adsorbs the gold-cyanide complex.

04

Elution, Electrowinning & Bullion Pour

Loaded carbon is harvested, stripped in a Zadra elution column, electroplated onto stainless steel cathodes, and smelted into gold bullion on site.
